Returns & Damage

What's your return policy?
Because many of our pieces are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind - especially in our Rocks & Fossils collection - we're not able to offer general returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at annabel.brownfield@annabelsjewelry.com and we'll make it right.

Can I return a one-of-a-kind piece?
Because pieces like fossils and self-cut stones are one of a kind, we're not able to accept general returns on these items. Damage/defect claims within 5 days are still covered.

Materials

What's the difference between sterling silver and gold-filled?
Sterling silver is brighter but needs more regular polishing to prevent tarnish. Gold-filled jewelry contains significantly more gold alloy than gold-plated pieces and requires less maintenance. We include a polishing cloth at no cost with sterling silver purchases. See our full Materials Guide for more detail.

Are your gemstones natural?
When a stone is listed as natural, it means it has not been treated, enhanced, or altered - it's mined, cut, faceted, and polished, with no human interference in the stone itself.

Where does your crystal come from?
We use genuine Austrian and Czech crystal, produced in countries recognized globally as leaders in precision crystal-cutting.

About Our Process

Do you make your own jewelry?
Yes. Annabel's Jewelry has been handcrafting custom jewelry and leather goods since 2012. Many of our stones are personally sourced, cut, trimmed, and polished by us rather than bought pre-finished from a wholesaler. See our Craftsmanship Process page for the full story.
