Description
Description
83 million years in the making.
Fossil Palmwood also known as Palmoxylon comes from an extinct genus of palm that grew across the globe from the Late Cretaceous period, roughly 83 million years ago, until the Early Miocene, around 34 million years ago. Holding one means holding something older than most fossils people will ever encounter.
Its distinctive spotted texture comes from fossilized rod-like structures preserved within the original wood nature's own pattern, untouched and unrepeatable. Each piece carries its own unique markings shaped entirely by time.
A genuine conversation piece for collectors, geology enthusiasts, or anyone who appreciates holding a real fragment of Earth's deep past.
